This highly versatile, remote operated R2900G has been part of the EMS Hire fleet since December 2016.
The company invested in this loader to meet the shortfall of one of our local customers. At EMS Group, customers come first. Director, Tom Cavanagh, did not hesitate adding a R2900G loader into the EMS Hire fleet.
Recently returned from a six-month hire contract at Tritton in western NSW, the R2900G’s next destination is Sydney. It is on hire to help progress the city’s tunneling network at Northconnex – the longest road tunnel project in Australia.
This machine, also known as asset #190, will be dispatched to Sydney today following a detailed clean and full health check at the EMS Workshop in Dubbo.
The EMS Workshop provides a professional, proficient and complete service for both the internal fleet and clients’ equipment.
Workshop Manager, Pete Edwards, said it was a well-serviced, reliable machine.
“Our workshop team completed a comprehensive after sale inspection in December 2016 and was quite impressed with the overall condition and presentation of what is currently considered ‘the older model’. With a few repairs, UL190 was on its way work,” Pete said.
“This loader has proven to be a reliable front line remote unit, as servicing and daily inspections were the only repairs required during the recent six-month hire period.
“UL190 has just spent several weeks in the EMS Repairs workshop and is ready to go back on the front line for another 12 months.”
Asset #190 is one of several R2900s available for hire or sale at EMS Group.
