Ray is our State Manager for W.A. He has been involved in the mining industry for over thirty years, initially working as a fitter/mechanic before moving into his first major management role in 1997. This experience was duplicated and expanded over the next five years initially in similar roles before taking on more senior business management roles. The transition from maintenance management to sales came about as a natural progression as a result of the contacts and relationships developed over the preceding years and provided a foundation for his role now with EMS.
